MoveMoney is an educational, pre-tax scenario model. It adds and compares the values you enter; it does not replace an appraisal, settlement statement, lender analysis, tax return, visa assessment, legal review, insurance quote, or investment analysis.
Editable assumptions first
Home value, debt, sale costs, rent, spending, income, moving costs, and housing budgets are user-entered and remain editable. Blank inputs are shown as not entered rather than treated as a recommended zero-cost life. The model does not invent estimates for costs you have not supplied.
Source registry
The report’s source registry records the source name, URL, retrieval date, geography, category, methodology, confidence, and boundary for any contextual public resource shown. A current public USD/THB reference is used only for a user-editable conversion sensitivity when available. It is not a quoted exchange rate or a currency forecast.
Partner and housing boundaries
BAANLYY and Scofield Group links are contextual public research links, not live inventory, a valuation, a quote, a recommendation, or a data feed. MoveMoney does not scrape, cache, or transfer calculator inputs through those links. Any optional expert intake is separate, consent-first, and does not mean an automated partner delivery is configured.
